While working as a Recovery Agent, I pursued my HVAC certification to transition into a career in maintenance. Since 2016, I have diligently progressed from a Maintenance Tech to a Maintenance Lead/Manager, successfully overseeing three other technicians and handling hundreds of work orders each month. I’m excited to bring my knowledge and experience to EquityTeam’s Property Services team.
