Bio
I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State (Go Lions!) with a degree in Marketing. A job brought me to Cincinnati in 1996 and it’s been home ever since. I’m naturally handy and easily retain things, so I started flipping houses in 2004. That’s when I met Mark, and acquired a couple of deals from his company over the next couple of years. Realzing this passion for real estate investing wasn’t going away, in 2008, I started working PT with EquityTeam, and went FT in 2016. I’ve enjoyed growing EquityTeam to be a market-leader. As crazy as it is to say it, I really do enjoy property management b/c of how dynamic and challenging it is, and because I get to help create winning solutions for our owners so they can enjoy investment property ownership.
