Bio
Born and raised outside of Tampa, Fl (Go Bolts!), school brought me to Dayton, OH. After graduating from Ohio University with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, I worked my way up through a large healthcare system, focusing on operations, projects, and physician relations. I left my last position in 2020, right before COVID, and did some consulting, while debating on if I wanted to return to healthcare or find something with more flexibility. That’s when a friend introduced me to EquityTeam. I started doing operation/administration-related “special projects”. In 10/2021, EquityTeam acquired a small PM in Dayton, and I was a natural fit to oversee the smooth transition of these properties until a PM for Dayton is hired. I love that my position with EquityTeam allows me to focus on relationships, teamwork, finding solutions, and project management.
