Mark

GM / Broker / Owner

Mark is our Broker / Founder / GM, and was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mark’s resume’ includes: Ohio salesperson license 2003, Ohio Real Estate Broker 2004, Ohio Mortgage Broker 2004, Kentucky Real Estate Broker 2005, Kentucky Mortgage Broker 2005, Accredited Buyers Rep (ABR) designation with National Association of Realtors 2005, articles in “Personal Real Estate Investor” magazine in 2008 and 2010, appeared in Cincinnati’s WCPO-TV’s “Real Estate Experts” segment 2011, and has been a speaker at national industry conferences on various topics that include Self Directed IRA investing, Investment Property Exit Strategies, etc.

Mark believes residential real estate investing is one of the safest investments a person can make.  He’s passionate about making real estate investing (and management) safe, easy and profitable for anyone who wants to experience the benefits it has to offer.

John

Sr. Property Manager Cincinnati

Raised in Pennsylvania, and a graduate of Penn State, he has lived in Cincinnati since 1996.

Before EquityTeam, John worked full-time as a national expert in the video archiving business and part-time on his remodeling and real estate investing business.

John first met Mark as an investor when he was buying wholesale deals from Mark’s brokerage.  He began working part-time with EquityTeam in 2008 and became a licensed Realtor in 2009.  John joined ET full-time in 2016 as the Sr. Property Manager for Cincinnati.

John’s skill-set is ideal for his role as property manager and owner advocate.  He is an excellent communicator, could build a house from the ground up, has a relentless work ethic, and an exceptional moral compass.

Pam

Operations Manager / Tenant Manager

Pam was born and raised in Cincinnati and received her BBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Before joining EquityTeam, Pam worked as a corporate IT trainer for 10 years both in Atlanta and Cincinnati before starting a family.  Upon returning to the work, she found part-time work in administration with an ET vendor.  About a year later, a full-time Leasing Coordinator position opened up with ET.  Her excellent customer service skills and team-oriented attitude made her a great potential fit, but when she told us about her experience managing her own rental house, and helping her family manage their portfolio of residential properties, adding her to our team was a no-brainer!

Pam is the “utility player” of our team.  She’s good at nearly every task she takes on, and in many ways is the glue that holds our operation together.  She is primarily responsible for being a tenant advocate and managing our exceptional leasing process.  She also oversees many support and operational related tasks.

Pam’s a huge part of EquityTeam’s success and we’re thrilled to have her on our team!

Linda

Controller

Linda’s a fully trained as a CPA, Quickbooks Pro Advisor, and IRS Tax Specialist.  When we started working with Linda in 2014 when she had a couple different property management companies and real estate investor clients across the USA.

Her strengths are everything you want from your accounting professional; knowledgable, committed to compliance and accuracy, hard-working, and a direct communicator!

Keith

Inspections

Keith joined EquityTeam in 2017 as our full-time inspector and field agent.

Keith’s a certified home inspection, whose primary responsibility is to be the eyes and ears of our managed properties, and to organize that data so the PM and Owner have the information they need when making decisions about the property.

Elizabeth

Marketing

Elizabeth joined our team in 2017 as a part-time marketing assistant.  Originally from the state of New York, she went to Mansfield University where she studied graphic design and played softball.

Elizabeth has a wide range of marketing skills and experience with multiple mediums.  Her well-rounded knowledge makes her an ideal fit to oversee our marketing and branding initiatives.
